Pharmacy Political Action Committee of Missouri

The 2008 election cycle revealed that while your vote counts more than ever, so does that extra effort with which you support a candidate.  With healthcare reform happening immediately, now is the time we need pharmacy friendly candidates the most.  Your efforts beyond the ballot box are crucial to ensuring a candidates' success.  With so many candidates asking for money, the who, how much, and where questions can be overwhelming.

The Pharmacy Political Action Committee (PPAC) and the Community Pharmacy Political Action Committee (CPAC) were established to promote the pharmacy-centered issues among political candidates.  Through PPAC and CPAC you can be assured that your financial contribution is put exactly where it needs to go to elect the candidates who will support pharmacy friendly legislation and initiatives.

The political campaign "off season" is a thing of the past.  Voters, special interest groups, candidates, and PACs have already begun gearing up for 2010 and beyond.  Although pharmacy has been faring well in the Missouri General Assembly, any election could tip the scales. It is essential that the persons elected to the Missouri House and Senate are pharmacy friendly.  Candidate selection is of utmost importance. Both PPAC and CPAC support candidates with proven records that support the pharmacy profession and good health care. Your contributions are transferred to Missouri legislative candidates who best understand pharmacy and health care issues.

Contributing to the Pharmacy Political Action Committee or the Community Pharmacy Political Action Committee is something to consider today.

It’s easier than ever to contribute to PPAC.
