Roxane is an ambulatory care clinical pharmacy specialist at SSM Health St. Louis University Hospital, where she focuses on optimizing patient care during transitions. In her role in the BRIDGE clinic, she thrives on her collaborative work with a dedicated interdisciplinary team. Using a collaborative practice agreement, she proactively manages and optimizes treatment plans, conducts thorough medication reconciliations, and empowers patients through education. Roxane is passionate about expanding the role of pharmacists. Roxane has successfully translated her 17 years of experience in community pharmacy to her current ambulatory care practice. She has been a member of Missouri Pharmacy Association since 2019. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, including her husband (Jeff), son (Gus), and yorkie (Pearl).
